Charlie started in carpentry after completing a degree in mathematics. He spent 6 years as a journeyman boatbuilder before diversifying into dock gate restoration and timber frame construction. He is a fan of fine tools and Manchester United.

Joshua's design degree at Falmouth led a passion for historic ships. Learning to sail and restore over the following 15 years, he has cultivated experience and skill in woodwork and seamanship. He works as a traditional shipwright and industrial marine carpenter.
